We process our customers' personal data for the following purposes:

• Contact requests: Data from the contact form is used to answer your questions.

• Booking management: Storage in our Geekdivers software for handling diving courses and excursions.

• Diving-specific data: Storage of diving licenses and experience data for safety and course planning.

• Health data: Collection of medical statements. Note: This is done exclusively with your explicit consent to ensure your fitness to dive.

• Payment processing: Online payments are processed via our partner Six Worldline.
   

3. Disclosure to third parties

Your data will only be transferred to third parties if this is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract:

• PADI: Register and certify your diving courses via padi.com.

• Geekdivers: As our central administration and booking software.

• Brevo: For sending our newsletter (if subscribed).

• Six Worldline: For the secure processing of transactions.
   

4. Website analytics and social media

Our website uses services to optimize the user experience and for marketing purposes:

• Analytics tools: Google Analytics and Wix Analytics (collect anonymized user statistics).

• Social Media Plugins: We integrate features from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. When you visit our site, these providers may receive information about your IP address.

• Newsletter: We use Brevo. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the end of each newsletter.
   

5. Photos and videos

Underwater photos and videos will only be taken if you explicitly request or purchase them. Publication for marketing purposes (e.g., on social media) will only occur with your separate, written consent.
 

6. Storage period and your rights

We only store your data for as long as is necessary for the provision of our services or due to legal retention periods (e.g. tax regulations or safety requirements of diving associations).

You have the right to:

• Information about your data stored with us.

• Correction of inaccurate data.

• Deletion of your data (unless there is a legal obligation to retain it).

• Revocation of granted consent.
