Diving courses and activities can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the start date; only a processing fee of 2% (minimum EUR 20.00) will apply. For cancellations made less than 7 days before the course or activity starts, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Please note that PADI eLearning products are generally non-refundable, however they remain the property of the participant and can be used at any PADI Dive Centre worldwide.For accommodations, such as the Xenios Apartment, the cancellation fee is 10% of the booking price up to 2 weeks before arrival.
