DIVING IN CYPRUS

Diving Conditions in Cyprus

The southern coast of Cyprus, encompassing the regions of Protaras, Ayia Napa, and Pernera, offers a wealth of beautiful dive sites for both beginners and advanced divers. From easy, shallow dive sites with sea turtles and seahorses, to caves and shipwrecks, you'll find it all here. Starting in summer 2021, there will also be an underwater museum by the renowned artist Jason deCaires Taylor.

Since we rarely have waves and only slight tides, visibility is usually around 30 meters. Even at greater depths, plenty of light still penetrates, making diving particularly pleasant.

Many of our dive sites are easily accessible by car, and entry and exit are very simple. However, some dive sites require a bit of climbing, but they are less crowded.
