Why we love this spot

Without a doubt, the Underwater Museum has become one of the most popular dive sites in Cyprus. And for good reason! We can observe how more and more marine life is gathering around this artificial reef. This is precisely the museum's purpose. The statues were all created using sustainable materials and therefore have no negative impact on the environment. They are designed to provide an artificial reef for Cyprus's underwater world.

But the museum is more than just statues. They tell a story. Can you decipher it? It's incredibly exciting to discuss it after your dive.

Crew Tip!

The statues are definitely the highlight of this dive site. But keep your eyes peeled for the surroundings. Sea turtles often swim by here. This dive site is most beautiful early in the morning.
