Weather and conditions
Cyprus boasts the longest diving season in the Mediterranean and is one of the warmest places in Europe. Our season runs from April to the end of November, and you can expect pleasant water temperatures and plenty of sunshine! The water itself is also exceptional. Often called the Caribbean of the Mediterranean, you'll find the clearest and cleanest water in the entire Mediterranean. This is ideal not only for swimming but also for diving! We have excellent visibility, making it very comfortable for beginners to take their first breaths underwater.
It's also ideal for snorkeling here. We very rarely have waves or currents, making snorkeling very pleasant.
People and safety
The hospitality of the Cypriots is renowned. Here you'll experience authentic island life, a great atmosphere, and a strong sense of security. After all, Cyprus is one of the safest countries in Europe! Want to stroll through the streets alone in the evening after diving? No problem – even for women!
Quality and standards
Especially for you as a newcomer to the world of diving and snorkeling, it's crucial that you receive proper training and guidance. But let's be honest, you probably don't yet know what to look out for. With us, you're in safe hands – because we adhere to all PADI standards and local regulations. We keep our groups small and don't push the limits of the standards. Personalized, individual attention is very important to us and will help you feel comfortable in this wonderful new world. One point that is very important to us: The Mediterranean is the sea of Europe – our sea! And we are convinced that our sea deserves more attention. Not simply as a place to swim, but as a natural wonder in the heart of Europe. The fact that the Mediterranean currently doesn't have as many fish is due to us humans – we have overfished it. But as divers, we have a significant impact on marine conservation. Our photos, stories, and enthusiasm spark interest in the underwater world and lead to a better understanding and protection of it!
