Preparing for the next course
In Cyprus, we have the perfect diving conditions to gradually get you used to your familiar surroundings again.
Sequence
As preparation, we will send you the PADI ReActivate eLearning so that you can comfortably refresh your theory from home.
In our shop, we'll discuss your questions about the theory, which exercises you'd like to practice, and how to properly set up your equipment. Then we'll head to the dive site, where we'll first practice the discussed diving exercises in shallow water. These include at least removing and replacing your mask, establishing neutral buoyancy control, emergency weight jettison at the surface, and ascending using an alternate air supply.
After completing the exercises, we will use the remaining air to explore the dive site and apply what we have learned.
Finally, you will receive an updated eCard with a ReActivate note, which you can present on your next diving trip.

Further information
How do I get to you?
You have several options. There is free parking directly in front of our dive center, and a bus station is a 2-minute walk away. We can also pick you up from your accommodation in the Paralimni, Protaras, and Ayia Napa area. There is a small additional charge for this service.
What will I learn in the theory sessions, and is there an exam?
The eLearning course refreshes the theory for the Open Water Diver certification, explains the most important diving rules, and reinforces them through quizzes. There is no written exam. To test your knowledge, we will give you review questions to answer on-site.
Do I need my own equipment?
No. You don't need your own equipment for this course.
How deep can I dive after that?
After the course, your lowest diving limit for which you have a license will be determined.
Are we diving from the boat or from the shore?
We are very fortunate here in Cyprus to have fantastic dive sites right off the shore. One of the most famous dive sites is Green Bay in Protaras, which is only a few minutes away. Here we have a natural pool with no waves or currents and shallow water. It's the perfect place for us to practice our skills and descend slowly and comfortably from the shore.
